Since the update today 21/4/24, it's pausing every few seconds with the SBS icon flicking in the centre of the screen. Bit annoying as it just won't play correctly now. Had no issues prior to today's update. 10mins viewing time has taken 30mins so far. What a joke. Obviously does not like Android, but I never had an issue before. Frustrating. (Took 55mins to watch 15mins of view time. Not even attempting next episode 🤨🙄🤦)

Thanks for reaching out, April. Are you casting or playing video direct from the app? Are you using anything else on top of the app ie. ad blocker, VPN etc? Firstly, the below issues are not resolved but a work around the issue is satisfactory. I have to rate the support team as excellent. They went above and beyond but could not replicate my issues. No matter, I have got the app working for me. Hiccups now are just life. Thanks team. I have reassessed my rating to encompass the great effort of SBS. App stalls sometime. When you close the app part way thru watching a show and then reopen the app, the show is not available even when you search.

Great shows and the worst streaming app I've ever used!! Trying to watch a series on either phone or Samsung TV is a mess. Series numbers/episodes don't align at all. How did the development team manage to mess that up?? Yet the obviously figured out how to place an advert every 3 minutes though....
