Super slow support. Average response time 3/4 days. You can't even deposit smmothly on their euro account. If you can deposit any amount somhow in any way. You can't even buy crypto or exchange with that currency!! I feel sorry for those who are still using this hopeless service.

I've had a poor experience with this app. After an extensive KYC process I was unable to access my account and even after explaining my issue in detail over email to the team, they proceeded to go quiet for over 2 weeks and after I prompted them once again they falsely claimed that the issue had been resolved (it hasn't).

I wish you had a disclaimer on the App Store etc that lists or indicates that it is not yet available in certain countries. You indicate that ££ GBP is available etc but you do not allow it to be used in UK. What a waste of time. I've now downloaded an app to my phone and provided my info yet cannot finalise the registration of use the app
