Ratings and reviews

The updated app is borderline useless. They say it's for 'security', but it is the only app that regularly disables my biometrics and claims it's because "my device hasn't been active in a while"...I was literally just on the app with biometrics, so that's a lie. Very inconvenient to have to go keep entering my password. Why have the quick balance features if you don't recognize me? At what point do we sell our convenience for a perceived threat? Very unfortunate because the bank is wonderful.

I've been using the same (mobile) app for 3 years now, never had an issue. Updated the app accordingly as needed. All of a sudden it will not open, there's now a pop up message on the sign in screen that reads "exit out of developer mode" and auto closes the app. Ive uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times. What am I missing? What's changed?

The app has made my financial life easier. Space Coast Credit Union has allowed me to have a bank account without those pesky fees that for profit financial institutions have. Being a proud member of the credit union I highly recommend the app and their accounts. There is no monthly service fee and you only need to open it with $25 and that is it. The only thing you have to worry is being inactive for 2 years or you'll be charged $5 a month. Other than that it is been a great credit union.
