I don't know what it is about this app, but you can NEVER just easily unlock or lock your card on it. Every other tab works immediately. But the tab to "manage" your card takes like TEN MINUTES to finally open, and that's if you're constantly clicking on it back to back like me. Smdh. This is one of the most important features to have living in FL, and they just can't seem to get it right on their app!!

Had no problems logging in and it all seems to work well, ig I'm the outlier? UI isn't user friendly and could use some tweaking. There are a lot more options now compared to the old app. Some are nice, like hiding accounts, while others feel like bloat, like the FICO scores. Some elements load just as fast as the previous app (painfully slow 😔), while others load up much faster. Comparing the two apps, I would prefer the old app with the speed of this app I wish I had more characters 😭

Just like everyone else, appalled with this "updated" app. 'Manage card' section says "oops, looks like we're having trouble accessing cardhub right now, please try again later". Great, so I can't use my card because it's locked? So you're locking down my money? They also used poor grammar when setting up, in the 'push notifications' section. Looks like they cheaped out when creating this app, kinda requires professional coding 🤔. What a pathetic mess.
