Ratings and reviews

The updated app is borderline useless. They say it's for 'security', but it is the only app that regularly disables my biometrics and claims it's because "my device hasn't been active in a while"...I was literally just on the app with biometrics, so that's a lie. Very inconvenient to have to go keep entering my password. Why have the quick balance features if you don't recognize me? At what point do we sell our convenience for a perceived threat? Very unfortunate because the bank is wonderful.

They forced me off the old app for this one. It requires SCCU to contact your device even if your account is already password secured, and you have no choice. I don't want to be contacted with verification numbers! Since the new app, my online deposits are flagged for manual review, which can take up to 3 days. They don't even notify me of this. I'm told to drive to a location when I call.

I don't know what it is about this app, but you can NEVER just easily unlock or lock your card on it. Every other tab works immediately. But the tab to "manage" your card takes like TEN MINUTES to finally open, and that's if you're constantly clicking on it back to back like me. Smdh. This is one of the most important features to have living in FL, and they just can't seem to get it right on their app!!
