The TRAC Monitor application is used for Alcohol Use Disorder participants under the supervision of Alcohol Treatment providers, DUI Courts, Drug Courts, Veterans Courts, and other specialty courts to monitor alcohol use and improve rehabilitation outcomes and achieve sobriety.

App constantly crashes, will not stay connected to device. Will disconnect or "restart" literally every 3-4 hrs. Will disconnect frome device even though Bluetooth is on, and is sitting next to me or phone is in my pocket, have had to Uninstall and reinstall multiple times per customer service (nearly 3 times a day). Phone settings say that app has a bug and crashes constantly, and is draining my battery and is harmful to my cell device.

TRASH! watch can be full charged but the app says it's @ 5%. Literally just had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times before writing this review. The app is currently searching for the device even tho the Bluetooth is on and the watch is practically on top of my phone.

Seems like it works fine takes me less than 30 seconds to send a test in never had any problems links with my phone instantly.. I have a pretty good guess that not drinking helps make it work better.. plus in them creators defense I don't think that it's the type of app that people rush to say how great it is they only want to say something when it doesn't work
