The TRAC Monitor application is used for Alcohol Use Disorder participants under the supervision of Alcohol Treatment providers, DUI Courts, Drug Courts, Veterans Courts, and other specialty courts to monitor alcohol use and improve rehabilitation outcomes and achieve sobriety.

App constantly crashes, will not stay connected to device. Will disconnect or "restart" literally every 3-4 hrs. Will disconnect frome device even though Bluetooth is on, and is sitting next to me or phone is in my pocket, have had to Uninstall and reinstall multiple times per customer service (nearly 3 times a day). Phone settings say that app has a bug and crashes constantly, and is draining my battery and is harmful to my cell device.

This app was always a problem! From the start all I had was problems with this app. It was completely inaccurate and caused a lot of confusion. Thank goodness that I had other apps to show that this app was not accurate! I'm sure that others might not have been so lucky. I write this review as a CAUTION!!

TRASH! watch can be full charged but the app says it's @ 5%. Literally just had to uninstall and reinstall 3 times before writing this review. The app is currently searching for the device even tho the Bluetooth is on and the watch is practically on top of my phone.
