I am really frustrated with the struggles my staff have with this app (me as well). Not loading, the circle of death, if you click something wrong, it takes you all the way back to the beginning. Would love to see the troubles worked out soon. It's also very difficult to use as a manager...

Needs to be fixed asap!!!! I've been having the same problem with this app for almost a year. It randomly logs people out and then I have to reach out to SCRC so they can reset the password for that employee. It's been happening so much and for so long and it's so frustrating and annoying.

Unusually hard to navigate and go through the courses with the buttons that are so small you can hardly even find them or press them to move on to the next part. undoubtedly the hardest app I've had to take a training course on
