Scroll Fit locks the apps that ruin your day — social feeds, video, games, whatever you keep reaching for without deciding to. To get them back, you do reps. The camera counts them, and every rep turns into screen time.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick the apps you want locked. Scroll Fit shields them the moment you try to open one.
2. Do push-ups or squats in front of your phone. Scroll Fit watches your form and counts each rep automatically — no tapping, no honor system.
3. Cash in. Your reps become minutes. Unlock right away, or bank them for later.

REPS THE CAMERA COUNTS
Prop your phone up and start moving. Scroll Fit tracks your body position in real time and counts push-ups and squats on its own, adjusting to how far away you are and which way you're facing. Nothing is recorded — the camera feed is processed on your device and never saved or uploaded.

BANK YOUR MINUTES
Finished a set but don't need your apps yet? Save the time instead. Your banked minutes sit untouched until you want them, so a morning workout can pay for a break tonight. Withdraw as much or as little as you need.

SET YOUR OWN PRICE
One minute per rep is the default. Make it harder or easier whenever you want — set the rate for push-ups and squats separately, and change your mind as your fitness improves. If ten minutes of Instagram should cost ten push-ups, that's up to you.
