Ratings and reviews

New type camera devices randomly trigger false alarm about 1 minute after arming, happens a few times per year and Verisure don't seem to be able to fix it. Old type cameras don't seem to trigger false alarms. Missing dark widgets and theme. Automatic routine: cannot set twilight timing (getting error) and the text field behaves wrong. Missing widgets for some type of devices. App not stable when phone goes between wifi and mobile internet, or when going from flight mode to having internet.

Many good things, but a lot left to be desired: The widgets tend to not update, there are too few automation options, app is unstable if switching from WiFi to cellular, no warning if alarm is armed when a door is unlocked, some settings take you to a separate webpage and even though I have selected "biometrics" as default, I have to press "use biometrics" every time.

Latest update ruined the app. Every time I try to open the app it now says "Unable to authenticate." Now I can no longer access my alarm remotely. Edited after calling Verisure customer service today: I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did so, and it fixed the problem. I now give 3 stars instead of 1. No more than that, because the error message was so cryptic that I had to call them.
