Check Deposits always fail. I didn't have a problem before but the app always seems to fail when doing a remote check deposit. Sometimes it allows the front picture then crashes. You can only do a remote deposit over the app, not the website on the phone the app is installed on. Very frustrating when you're out of town, far away from a branch or atm.

Has been great, the only thing I've noticed is I no longer receive text messages when money is deposited, which helps when I'm anticipating deposits so I don't have to keep logging in to my account (reason for only 4 stars). I love the balance screen so I can keep an eye on it to see if my account is getting too low. Depositing checks seems much easier, previous versions more difficult to get the picture, lighting & background just right for it to capture the front & back of the check.

The app has all the right features, but I am not a fan of the recent update. It's not secure, it displays my accounts dashboard as soon as you press the button to launch the app. Before the update you were prompted to login first with password, pin, or fingerprint. Please go back to that. Secondly, sometimes transactions are posted late and the delay gives you misleading actual that may or may not be your actual balance. It's very frustrating!
