Please,please fix the app.The latest update has made this so much less user friendly for Pixels at least. It difficult to navigate between content and when you select an item from the activity feed, there is no way to navigate back so you can look at a different activity. You have to click on your child and start all over.

This app has been nothing but a problem since our schools started using it. My children are able to find a way around websites that I have blocked or are able to play around the Internet when I have it scheduled to be paused. Yet, when I need them to get online and I try to unpause it, it won't let me do a thing about it.

Terrible User Experience!!!! It hasn't worked right since the day we bought it. Setting it up was pretty easy and straightforward but it doesn't work like it's supposed to. The activity doesn't show until days later if at all. It has also locked up frequently and I have to reset it by unplugging it. I've also had to reset the specific devices and re-add them. That'll work briefly and then the problem starts up again. Contacting support is pointless. They have no chat or phone contact available.
