This camera is now useless. I was only using it for the live video, now you have to pay to view the camera. Its no longer useful at all when. I'd rather spend more on a better quality camera that doesnt lag when loading anyway. Plus, I already had a problem with the fat that they never sent me a chime, so the doorbell doesnt sound off in the house. they also refused to send a chime, but I was using the camera to get notifications of my packages arriving and it did its job for the holidays.

I have had this camera for a few mos and it was great for what I needed. Now I can't open the app to view anything without subscribing. Update: I decided to purchase the annual subscription, which I completely regret! It occasionally allows me to view the live feed, but more often than not it won't load. It doesn't pick up all activity, generally only records 10 sec of motion, when it does pick it up. It isn't even saving all motion it detects. I'm really disappointed in this camera as of now.

My experience has been not too good. I first purchased a doorbell that had the Seeing app. It worked for the first day and from then on, when I tried to click live view, it pretty much would freeze up. I then proceeded to buy outdoor cameras for the house. I paid the subscription for all 3 cameras for the year. Clicked on live view, and it said to subscribe. I have contacted customer service and there is no help to fix the subscription and no way to request a refund.
