This camera is now useless. I was only using it for the live video, now you have to pay to view the camera. Its no longer useful at all when. I'd rather spend more on a better quality camera that doesnt lag when loading anyway. Plus, I already had a problem with the fat that they never sent me a chime, so the doorbell doesnt sound off in the house. they also refused to send a chime, but I was using the camera to get notifications of my packages arriving and it did its job for the holidays.

everything about this app. from navigation to price. $29.99 per camera a month or only other option is $99.99 for a year. why? why they offer a3 day free trial, don't do it!!! you cancel & still get charged. try to get a refund & there's really no help, they cancel but don't give refund. the camera itself is great for the price but everything else, STAY AWAY!!!

8.30.26 UPDATE KILLED THE APP! app suddenly stopped working. if you open it up and want to click on what was recorded it just closes itself. I did everything. cache was cleared. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. turned off and turned on Bluetooth. nothing works. no support. nothing.
