This camera is now useless. I was only using it for the live video, now you have to pay to view the camera. Its no longer useful at all when. I'd rather spend more on a better quality camera that doesnt lag when loading anyway. Plus, I already had a problem with the fat that they never sent me a chime, so the doorbell doesnt sound off in the house. they also refused to send a chime, but I was using the camera to get notifications of my packages arriving and it did its job for the holidays.

The picture is clear, great night vision, and easy set up. I'm on the fence regarding battery life. Sometimes it seems to let for a while and others it seems to run out somewhat quickly. The bad thing about the app/camera are all the gaps in footage. I have the subscription, and the camera will not record full interactions or it will completely miss motion at the door like someone coming in or out of the house. Those gaps can be pivotal.

I've read the reviews of the other customers and I'm a bit confused. I'm not sure if they are all referring to the doorbell camera or what because I've had three of these cameras for about 7 months and ice gone with the subscription because I wanted to be able to go back and see things in my house that I might ordinarily miss. These are regular cameras, not doorbells. The subscription could cost less but that's all the trouble I've had. I'm really confused by these other reviews...
