Other than having a subscription, which to be fair everyone with any service like this charges. It's really good quality and as long as you have wifi you can login. It's easy to download and save. The speaker and mic works well and perfectly clear to hear and be heard. Just wish all these surveill camera companies would share their logins to so you if you bought one from one person you'd be able to log into another account that kind of sucks cuz it's kind of hard to find some of these camera's.

Quite disappointing. Even with a paid subscription ($29.99/year), there is no "unlimited" storage. The app uses a "cyclic" system that automatically deletes all videos after 30 days. If you don't manually download a clip, your evidence is gone forever. It’s inconvenient to pay per camera just for footage to disappear. For a security app, I expect long-term history, not a 30-day window. Until they add a permanent storage option, this isn't a reliable tool for home protection.

Not super happy. Connects, and reconnects several times through the day and night. No reason to lose connection, close to the router. It also connects under a different name each time. Signs me out of my account continuously. We have to charge weekly, and it's set to less frequent recordings. Picture quality is good. I got what I paid for, hoping for better.
