This camera is now useless. I was only using it for the live video, now you have to pay to view the camera. Its no longer useful at all when. I'd rather spend more on a better quality camera that doesnt lag when loading anyway. Plus, I already had a problem with the fat that they never sent me a chime, so the doorbell doesnt sound off in the house. they also refused to send a chime, but I was using the camera to get notifications of my packages arriving and it did its job for the holidays.

Useless app, what's the point to pay for a membership if you can't keep the app open? also you need to re-enter your login details so often, you can't use it on two devices simultaneously, like a tablet and phone, it's supposed to detect humans only but it doesn't, it does detect flies, dogs, cats, you name it. A huge improvement is urgently needed for this app.

Cameras perform surprisingly well, but unfortunately the application itself is unpredictable/unreliable to say the least. Cost of a 1yr subscription isn't terrible, aside from having to pay per camera. Even with a paid subscription, my camera fails to load daily on the Seeing app. My settings are also removed frequently. Also, ironically when they were needed to look back in the "Cloud" storage to review something. I have opened the application to show no camera connected, forcing to re-do all.
