This camera is now useless. I was only using it for the live video, now you have to pay to view the camera. Its no longer useful at all when. I'd rather spend more on a better quality camera that doesnt lag when loading anyway. Plus, I already had a problem with the fat that they never sent me a chime, so the doorbell doesnt sound off in the house. they also refused to send a chime, but I was using the camera to get notifications of my packages arriving and it did its job for the holidays.

The seeing app has absolutely no helpful support, and you can't watch live video without wifi. The doorbell is hit or miss when it actually detects motion or human motion. You are only able to record 10 seconds of video, when it works. This app has way too many bugs in it, but I would choose it over any Ring products because they are monitored by your local police departments without your knowledge or consent. Overall, it does its job, but I really would like to use mobile data when away.

I bought them before they changed their system and now you have to pay for live feeds. Also, the camera lags and takes forever to load the live feed. Plus I would like to be able to switch over to the 1 cost for up to 10 devices but you have to wait for the current subscription to end or repay. Worst part is they have no customer service and no one to get ahold of if there is a problem. I was charged twice and I cant get ahold of anyone to find out why.
