Not super happy. Connects, and reconnects several times through the day and night. No reason to lose connection, close to the router. It also connects under a different name each time. Signs me out of my account continuously. We have to charge weekly, and it's set to less frequent recordings. Picture quality is good. I got what I paid for, hoping for better.

Don't cancel your free-trial subscription, until the day before they charge u, because if you cancel it way early, they will immediately not give you anymore access to view the videos. ๐ I cancelled my free-trial subscription, 3 days before it was up, because I was not interested in paying $29.95, a year, to be able to only view 10 second videos. Plus this app is very glitchy. I'd get a notification that there was human movement, only to find there was no recording of any video. Unreliable.

Lags sometimes 2 or more days behind always loosing connection to the Internet. Tech support is days if at all before responding back. And the person at the door IF it even gives you notifications can't ever hear what I'm saying to them. This product, the app and support needs a lot of work. Not happy at all. to make things worse I was charged 4 times with 4 different amounts at the same time when I didn't purchase anything.
