they had a "special" going for a low monthly fee and instead of being a low fee I got a $99.99 charge on my account with a "no refund" message. i canceled the subscription the very next day and they refuse to give me back my money. if you're advertising something at a certain price be sure you stick with that price. stop scamming people and give me back my money.

Lags sometimes 2 or more days behind always loosing connection to the Internet. Tech support is days if at all before responding back. And the person at the door IF it even gives you notifications can't ever hear what I'm saying to them. This product, the app and support needs a lot of work. Not happy at all. to make things worse I was charged 4 times with 4 different amounts at the same time when I didn't purchase anything.

Not super happy. Connects, and reconnects several times through the day and night. No reason to lose connection, close to the router. It also connects under a different name each time. Signs me out of my account continuously. We have to charge weekly, and it's set to less frequent recordings. Picture quality is good. I got what I paid for, hoping for better.
