This camera is now useless. I was only using it for the live video, now you have to pay to view the camera. Its no longer useful at all when. I'd rather spend more on a better quality camera that doesnt lag when loading anyway. Plus, I already had a problem with the fat that they never sent me a chime, so the doorbell doesnt sound off in the house. they also refused to send a chime, but I was using the camera to get notifications of my packages arriving and it did its job for the holidays.

this camera app is terrible. paying for a subscription was the worst thing I could've ever done. I never get to replay what I need to see. It'll just freeze. What is the purpose of the subscription. Things that should be captured aren't. waste of money for sure!! Id like a refund. Otherwise, like someone else already stated it only works if you're watching real time. Even then the mic doesn't always kick on. Also, even with a subscription I have to watch annoying ads -why? WORST EVER!

I have had this camera for a few mos and it was great for what I needed. Now I can't open the app to view anything without subscribing. Update: I decided to purchase the annual subscription, which I completely regret! It occasionally allows me to view the live feed, but more often than not it won't load. It doesn't pick up all activity, generally only records 10 sec of motion, when it does pick it up. It isn't even saving all motion it detects. I'm really disappointed in this camera as of now.
