The seeing app has absolutely no helpful support, and you can't watch live video without wifi. The doorbell is hit or miss when it actually detects motion or human motion. You are only able to record 10 seconds of video, when it works. This app has way too many bugs in it, but I would choose it over any Ring products because they are monitored by your local police departments without your knowledge or consent. Overall, it does its job, but I really would like to use mobile data when away.

came here to see what the other recent reviews had to say as I too am experiencing the same pop-up requiring me to subscribe, even to view the live feed. the only way to view a live feed is when you get a notification that there is motion at a camera and to click on the notification. if you go through the app to view a live feed it no longer lets you access it without a subscription. definitely not cool. at the very least, give owners the option to view live feed through the app.

This camera is now useless. I was only using it for the live video, now you have to pay to view the camera. Its no longer useful at all when. I'd rather spend more on a better quality camera that doesnt lag when loading anyway. Plus, I already had a problem with the fat that they never sent me a chime, so the doorbell doesnt sound off in the house. they also refused to send a chime, but I was using the camera to get notifications of my packages arriving and it did its job for the holidays.
