Very good app! Excellent app for tracking my workouts, both cardio and strength training. Four stars ( would be 41/2 if I could do that ) because navigating does take a bit of getting used to, so at first it will slow down your routine, but once you're used to the app its very easy to use. I recommend this app.
Refined My Workout I I tried several apps and this is the only one that was truly simple!!! Purchased the pro version and haven't looked back lol!!
Look no further if you want your data This isn't like wiifit with various encouragers, it just gives you data. Took a few goes to get used to with entry of exercises but stick with it.
Great App, 1 question I like this app, best one I have used. For dips/chin ups, can there be a bodyweight option for weight? I know some people add weight so it could be like BW + 25 lb or something, just a thought. Also, the button used to rearrange exercises on the routine is difficult to get to work, a lot of the time it asks me if I want to delete the exercise instead of move it, even though I'm trying to press it in the corner.
Track your progress Wanted an app to track my exercises. Choose exercises from a list or add them manually. Check your history, see your progress, even graph it if you want. Simple and to the point. Love it.
Great! Please do not add diagrams, videos, pictures of exercises as some people suggest. That would take away from why this apps is so great.
