Very cool apl This app isn't fancy, it doesn't have to be. It has many exercises built in, allows you to create your own, create your own workout routine, track progress. And best of all is free backup to the cloud, I bought a new phone and was seamless to use it. No bugs so far, love it!
Just installed it So far from what I have seen it is very simple to use and it allows all the information I usually write down. Only thing I have to say I don't like so far is the fact I can't add a second profile for my work out partner. But hey it's free. If I have any issues I will update my review.
No settings for isometric training or tempo For some exercises like "planks" or any other isometric exercises there is no option for time. We have sets-reps-weight only. For other exercises like "zef pull ups" or exercises where we are training in negatives only, we require a tempo tab to measure the concentric-isometric-eccentric time for each rep. Kindly consider these features.
The best app Took me a long time to find a app that tracks my lifts like this one. Way cleaner and organized than pen and paper or notepad. Plus the history of each workout is great. Also gives you a graph of progress. You can add notes too. Highly recommend.
Great - made a difference Simple easy to use app which has helped my make a lot of strength gains over the past 6 weeks. Couple of little bugs which im sure will be ironed out soon, but all good
Works perfectly and the UI is simple and great This app works exactly the way I want it to and makes it easy to record different workouts and switch between them while using it. Very simple UI without a bunch of clutter, I've tried 3 or 4 well rated apps and none of them compare in terms of ease of use and functionality, I was even considering making my own until I used this one.
