If you are looking for a fast, efficient workout tracker designed to work great for both weight lifting and cardio exercises, this is it! Simple Workout Log automatically logs the current date and time each time you start an exercise so you can compare your current exercise to the last time you completed it at just a glance so you can push to improve your results each workout.

Past exercises may be searched for, viewed, edited, and deleted using the History function.

Simple Workout Log was designed for the sole purpose of eliminating the need for paper workout journals in hopes of making life easier while at the gym.

The only thing I san say needs to improve is the lack of means to track timed reps. This includes things like yoga, planks, and stretches. These are items that have sets, but are not particularly tied to weight. Other that that, it's a perfect logbook. Wish I could pay to remove ads though. Edit:. I can change the graph to reps, but that throws off the graph for weight related excercizes. Maybe put a per excercizes option? Appropriate graph can be set for each one.

I never rate apps. Never. But they killed it with this one. For me it's exactly what I need and nothing else. Simple enough that even me knowing next to nothing about exercise could easily dial in a routine and log my progress. It comes pre loaded with a ton of popular exercises. Add new workouts and build custom plans with ease. No adds, no BS.

Update: removing a star because the notes section no longer keeps formatting. I'll make new lines to comment on each individual set and then it just smashes it into one huge paragraph 😮‍💨 The name speaks for itself. Simple, useful app that allows you to organize exercises/routines with great metrics and stats. Plus the ads aren't constant intrusive popups. Somethings are annoying like the calendar can't log a routine for an at-a-glance look and sorting the exercises post-creation is a hassle.
