although it's lagging and frustrating I used login in the app daily for at least 15 days strike to acquire as much points as possible so I can make use of the redeem packages when I'm going through broke phase .But low and behold the app doesn't open unless you already have an internet plan ! at least login into the app main interface should be free otherwise there's no point of collecting the points .

The app is very bad. It only works with the internet and freezes a lot. You have to wait an hour for it to open, and it doesn’t download on the iPhone. I hope the app experience can be improved to be smooth and responsive without freezing.
