1) Had a booking for which they didn't share any details about the driver. 2) Having zero updates even half an hour AFTER the booking time had started, I had to call them myself only to find out the driver couldn't deliver the car (apparently an "accident" on the way) 3) Upon requesting to send any other car, they conveniently said they didn't have any other car and just cancelled the booking from their end. This type of unreliability just makes sure none of us ever return to or recommend them.

I was provided with an almost new Scorpio N that was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to drive. The delivery was right on time, and the pickup was also handled punctually without any follow-ups required from my side. The entire booking and handover process was smooth and hassle-free, making the experience very convenient. Overall, a very reliable service, and I would definitely recommend Revv to anyone looking for a stress-free self-drive car rental experience.
