I had a terrible experience with Rev. Everything looked fine until the time of delivery, when I was suddenly informed that my booking was cancelled. No proper explanation, no alternative, and no support. Cancelling an order at the delivery time is completely unacceptable and extremely inconvenient for customers. This shows a lack of reliability and poor service management. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Very disappointing experience.

Worst service. They will raise undue bills and no body will lift the phone either in customer call centres and in company. Nobody should go for the service. The rates are also very very high. zoom is million times better. Never go for this company. It is only for the one who wants to give the cars as the fees are very very high. Honest suggestion don't go for it. Uninstalled this app. Good for nothing. Car owners are also very very greedy. Don't go for the services from this company.

Very pathetic service. I had to cancel my booking due to some last moment exigency and they are not understanding. Simply quoting company policy and not listening to your issues. They are not even ready for partial refund. The money is waste with them. The moment you pay them, they will stop being cooperative. Don't ever book this service. Highly disappointed.
