This new update took out a special feature where you only need to open the app and at the bottom was a bar for quick checking your balance. Now I have to open the app, log in, go to checking account balance, log out, then log out the app. You know the saying I it works don't screw everything up. Honestly questioning if businesses are trying to ruin themselves. It's bad enough there's no customer service, only automated call options.

App suddenly stopped working, giving me a "try back later" message. After a week of this I called customer service and they told me there were no issues with the app currently, and didn't try to help. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've tried rebooting my phone and clearing the cache and nothing works. During a pandemic, when bank hours are limited, it's disappointing that the app stopped working and the customer service rep wouldn't even attempt to help resolve the issue.

The new update to this app is horrible. It doesn't login half the time as it times out and can take as long as 24hrs before it's working again...and that's only temporary which doesn't bode well for anyone wanting immediate access. To top it off, the layout design is not very user friendly. It's confusing in some places like external transfers between member accts. I'm almost ready to pull all my accts out and go elsewhere.
