It's the fastest scanning app of all of the others. It's just the absolute worst app to use as far as glitches and trying to print your order, trying to close out your order. When you try to close out your order, it gives you an error message, but it doesn't tell you what Is causing the error. Deleting books from your cart is a three step process that should be made a lot easier. You constantly have to close the app and open it back up in order to get the scanner to work. Fix the app

I like the concept, but the scanner often "blacks out" & doesn't work unless I close the app & start over - multiple times in some cases. Also, it seems to only scan ISBN-type barcodes; if an item only has a standard barcode the scanner won't register anything. Typing in an ISBN manually is annoying (impossible if I can't find the number on the item). Otherwise, I generally like the app & the company - but in most cases I wish they paid more. I also wish they'd buy a greater variety of media.

I take it back—the service itself has at least one major flaw: if they mark a book you send as being in rough condition, they don't have to prove it. This means if your book was marked as Rough incorrectly (which is entirely possible because humans review them), you just have to trust that they didn't make a mistake and there was no human error. This puts them in unilateral, uncontested control of a business transaction. They need to send photo proof if they're going to back out of a deal.
