The Senior.one provider app supports healthcare providers working with Senior.One's care navigation service. The app allows users to enter new encounters for patients needing care navigation services. It also allows providers to view previously entered encounters and the associated patient information. For providers which receive referrals/leads from Senior.One for various types of care needs (e.g., home health care, durable medical equipment, assisted living), the app allows the provider users to view leads that have been sent to them, and to accept or decline the lead. Additionally, the app allows providers to view reviews of their services that patients have received from a providers. The app supports maintenance of user profile information. It also supports maintenance of various settings which apply to the provider's services.
