About this app

Notice your body’s needs without judgement. SenseCue is a calm, structured tool for people who want to build awareness of their physical cues — hunger, thirst, bathroom need, temperature, energy, pain and overwhelm — without streaks, ads or data mining.

Seven simple prompts
Answer yes, no or unsure for each cue. When you answer “yes,” pick from suggested actions or add your own and optionally set a reminder to follow up later. If you’re unsure, you can pause for a short body‑scan guide.

Descriptive insights
After a few check‑ins, SenseCue shows patterns like your most common cues, which times you tend to be thirsty or hungry, and which cues are rarely an issue. Charts are informative, never competitive.

Total privacy
Your check‑ins are encrypted and stored on your device only. No sign‑ups, no cloud sync, no analytics and no ads. The app requests only notification permissions to send reminders.

Configurable reminders
Choose off, every 3 hours or a custom interval and set quiet hours so prompts never interrupt sleep. Light and dark themes are available.

One‑time purchase
SenseCue is paid once. There are no subscriptions or in‑app purchases.

Not a medical device or therapy. SenseCue helps you build awareness but does not diagnose or prescribe. Use it to notice your body cues and respond according to your own judgement.

Data safety: The app does not share any user data and collects nothing beyond what you enter yourself. See the privacy policy for details.
