Can't accurately get gps information. sitting right in front of the customer and it thinks you are more than a mile away. Yet, I If turn on Google maps, google maps sees right where I am. Sitting in the parking lot of the customer it will not bring up the closest call even when the "closest" filter us on... Oh, and slower then molasses in winter.

The app is awful. Crashes daily (most of the time mid work order), when I go to sign out of work orders I just physically can't and get a blank screen, I need to attach pictures 6 different times for them to actually appear in the notes and that's when I don't get errors attaching them. The email support team takes ages to get back to you and can never seem to actually do anything. The call center has an echo so bad I hear myself and get lost listening to my own voice back.This app is the worst

App is complete garbage. Always giving errors, doesn't allow you to check in and when it does, it won't let you check out. Says you left the property when in fact you're still working on the property. When you call Service Channel number, you'll get a message that says, there has been an error within the app, good bye. Very frustrating, I hate using it.

FIXED
- Searching work orders by Service ID, you saw an empty list on the Search Result screen. We've fixed it.
- When you checked out from a non-refrigerant WO, you could saw an error message saying that the refrigerant settings weren't found. The unexpected refrigerant settings error message no longer appears when checking out from non‑refrigerant work orders.
