We are required to use this app on top of our own company service app. Update to update you never know what you are gonna run into. Ever since the latest update the app is painfully slow loading Work Orders (search seems to work fine). 7 out of 10 times it errors out trying to upload pictures, the other 3 out of 10 times it is also painfully slow. On multiple.occasions I have had to tack on an extra 30 mins or more to work orders. Please fix these issues!

I use this app for Street Sweeping Sams Clubs parking lots. And the majority of this is frustrating. Delayed timings into sending work orders, My physical phone itself booting me out and saying this app has bugs in it. Not saving current progress, or not even checking me out of my work order the next day coming in and running over 24 hours on the clock timer. But I've only found a temporary fix to it. Just uninstall and reinstall the app again. Putting in the Work number

The app is awful. Crashes daily (most of the time mid work order), when I go to sign out of work orders I just physically can't and get a blank screen, I need to attach pictures 6 different times for them to actually appear in the notes and that's when I don't get errors attaching them. The email support team takes ages to get back to you and can never seem to actually do anything. The call center has an echo so bad I hear myself and get lost listening to my own voice back.This app is the worst
