Very bad experience as when you start to book it will show the voucher application but after the booking is completed the voucher will be removed by itself and i have been charged the full amount without any voucher application. I raised the issue on the app with the support team but so far no feedback is received from Service market team even after 2 days.

Don't ever add your credit card detail, they send the cleaners to the door, but never ring the bell and only call on the mobile, and if you don't answer they just leave and consider it no show and charge your credit anyways. This happened two times and still doing it. Only pay cash if they give the service.

Very unprofessional app. They will confirm the cleaning booking but no one will turn up. You will try reaching their customer care, they will have no info and at the end they will inform you that no one can come today. This happened two times already with me.
