7Challan is a business management app for Indian shops and small businesses. Track daily sales orders (challans), party balances, payments, stock, and expenses from your phone-connected to your 7Challan business account.

DASHBOARD - YOUR DAILY SNAPSHOT
• Total sales, payment in, payment out, and net balance
• Cash in hand and bank balance
• Low-stock alerts with quick access to items

SALES ORDERS (CHALLANS)
• Create orders with customer, multiple items, quantity, price, and GST % per line
• Apply order-level discount; auto-calculated subtotal, tax, and total
• Order statuses: Draft, Confirmed, Converted, Cancelled
• Search and filter orders
• Convert order to invoice, stock updates when you convert
• Share order summary on WhatsApp, email, or other apps

PARTIES (CUSTOMERS & SUPPLIERS)
• Add customers and suppliers with name, phone, email, address, and GST number
• View party balance, total sales, and total purchases
• See recent orders, payments, and invoices on the party profile

PAYMENTS - PAYMENT IN & PAYMENT OUT
• Record money received from customers (Payment In)
• Record money paid to suppliers (Payment Out)
• Payment modes: Cash, Bank, Cheque
• Cash: select who collected or paid the cash
• Bank: select bank account
• Cheque: cheque number and date
• Add payment date and description
• Search payment history

ITEMS & STOCK
• View product list with category, unit, selling price, and stock quantity
• Low-stock highlight when quantity is at or below your alert level
• Add items with category, unit, stock qty, low-stock threshold, purchase price, and selling price
• Search items by name or category

EXPENSES
• Record general business expenses (category, amount, note)
• View and delete expenses from your list
