Ratings and reviews

I like the offering - fresh products, more organic options. There are some categories where offering is more limited - coffee & oil for example, when I need to replenish my stock on these I generally choose another provider. The app experience is good, but sometimes the search function doesn't work so well - seems it keeps searching for something, but if you delete and entry only part of the word, it provides the correct list.

The service itself is ok. The SCAM: - Unfortunately, they charge larger amounts than the final value of the shopping and it is not communicated when actually doing the shopping. It is up to the user to carefully track the numbers and ensure the refunds They also advertise free delivery up to 17:00, only to charge for that as well once the purchase is finalized

I'm unable to log in with my account credentials (that I had created before the app was launched and that still work without any issues on the website). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling at least 3 times and every time I try to log in I get an error message ("oops, something went wrong. Please try again later"). Such a shame because I order from Sezamo almost weekly and I'm sure the app would make the experience even easier, if I could actually use it...
