Ratings and reviews

Would give 0 stars if I could. Couldn't get past the "create an account". Followed all directions and it refused to send a code. Kept telling me what my password needed (which was 12 characters, including the upper and lower case, number, and special character. Hope their shipping abilities are a lot better than their app abilities.

The App interface goes into the background when I switch to Gmail or another app to copy the recipient's address and phone number, I had to key everything manually. Simply impossible to copy the address in the recipient's native language. Back icon should before the Close icon, the UI needs a relook.

Awful, can only use if you are WeChat user and doesn't recognize Hong Kong as a region so can't log on with my phone. Why is it so difficult to send a simple package
