Would give 0 stars if I could. Couldn't get past the "create an account". Followed all directions and it refused to send a code. Kept telling me what my password needed (which was 12 characters, including the upper and lower case, number, and special character. Hope their shipping abilities are a lot better than their app abilities.

app navigation need to improve, the chat boz size is too large, cannot type message at all

only downloaded the app to say Horrible delivery service they keep delaying my package that I ordered back in DECEMBER, like FFS why do you keep delaying it by a day when it was supposed to be here February 13th. I get lunar new year is the 17th but shoulda been here already. Would give 0 if could
