worst internet provider in France, they will send technicians that can't fix anything then charge you money for them not being able to fix it.

Zero customer service I have had nothing but trouble with SFR. My router was installed and there was no WiFi. For 3 weeks they denied it, then sent someone to fix it. I've now been charged 83.99€ for a service I've not been able to use. The app does not let me see the detail of charges on a bill and 'force closes' constantly. There is no option to contact via email with issues and the FAQs are useless. There is no option to change language settings either!!

Absolutely horrible experience. They charged me after I terminated my contract for the month after when I didn't even use it! They send emails about payment for a small amount but when you open the payment portal its a large one. Their dates and numbers do not match at all. They also have long periods of service stoppage. Please don't use sfr, its a large scam.
