This app(company) certainly doesn't care about your problems with logging in or scanning etc! Instead to address the issue and fixing it thwy just keep telling you to reset your password!! So every time you want to check your ticket you must reset your password! And you can see they don't even bother to respond on all this complains.

I used the original lottery app for years on my Android phone. Now the lottery won't allow Android phones an app to check tickets! That is complete b s. Only apple users get that luxury. Get with the program and give Android users back a way to check tickets. Who cares about 2nd chance only a few tickets are eligible.

This app never works, always gives me an error no matter which scratch off I scan, even manually entering numbers doesn't work, the old app was way better. I don't know if it only scans second chance games now but I can't get it to scan anything
