Terrible app with critical flaws. My lengthy application was rejected without any reason, showing zero transparency. The mandatory 90-day wait period to reapply is excessive. Worst of all, there is no clear way to delete your account or personal data, which is an unacceptable privacy failure. Cannot recommend until these core issues—broken application process and missing data deletion—are fixed.

A unique feature in TRU which I could not find in many other similar applications that you can top-up a TRU Wallet but unfortunately had a problem topping mine up and Support is just giving 'your request is being processed' .. no clues .. no expected time for resolution .. nothing

Awful app.. after filling all the needed information it rejected the application without even providing a reason. So you're rejecting the applications randomly or what? Also to reapply again you need to wait 90 days..seriously? I don't recommend this app. you will find better alternatives.
