Ratings and reviews

This is the worst experience I ever had with any customer service in my life. They never answer the calls, even after holding for an hour or more. Call automatically get disconnected anytime after 45 minutes. I called "N" times. My wait position was 3 or 2 in all these calls. Emailed them with my issue, and there is no reply for that as well. I am not able to do live chat as the problem I face is all about login. I am not able to login. Tried all posiible ways, but was in vain. Overall a total waste of time, money and energy.

many times complaints on play store, email & hotline but no improvement Now app is worst , have to refresh every time to check current rate, transaction done, status ,even in 5G full network or wifi. check in so many different places even in Sharekhan different outlets also. please do the needful, & don't ask every time to email in personal for details.

after new update..app frequently crashes..become non responsive..even chart setting doesn't apply properly..please fix it asap.. update on 13/5/25 what a mess this new app is..!! It seems no professionals left in new team who can rectify it..they are giving only automated response to customers reviews instead of making improvements in new app..which has become a catastrophic. Thinking of closing account..can't use app in present format. 16/7/2026 - same issue coming again
