Practically worthless. You can map out the entire house, add room names, and exclusion zones. But, you can't schedule selected rooms for cleaning, only the entire house. What is the point? It's also impossible to make changes to the map - including changing the base station location - without remapping the entire house. Most users need the ability to schedule cleaning for selected rooms, and update the map to account for changes in the base station and furniture and the like.

Would be 5, except for the app failing to map the area on my Second vacuum after deleting old map and moving it to the 2nd floor of my house because I bought the new mop n vac for the 1st floor. After more then 20 hours working with shark clean techs it refuses to map 2nd floor n because it wont. I cant block areas off on the app with "no go zones" or have it clean specific rooms like previous. So all I can do now with 2nd floor shark literally is hit "clean". Very dissapointed

This app is hot garbage. The notifications inside the app it's self tell you nothing. Basically making it useless when it comes to errors with your robot. Making troubleshooting nearly impossible. Then the need more help option on the blank notification takes you to their support page in the app where you have to select from a giant list of vacuums that all look about the same. The only reason it's getting two stars is because the UI is nice
