Had the app for a while but have only just started to regularly use it. Easy to use and offers okay e.g food and occasional fuel. Only negativity is that despite me closing the app down and turning off notifications etc it keeps autostarting and asking me to play the Costa coffee game on my main screen each time I go to look at my phone. I guess it wants to take centre stage but it needs to work in the background. Not sure wether to delete or disable until I need to use the app.

Pay by phone no longer working. Tried 6 different filling stations, in each one, the pay by phone just spins like it's trying to work but never does. Location settings are all set correctly. Also, the history doesn't tell you how much fuel you've filled up with, only the amount paid. I like tracking my fuel economy manually, but can't do that without getting a wasteful paper receipt.

Since migrating from the Shell Recharge App to the Shell App for my business account, the experience has taken a turn for the worse. Now, adding cards fails repeatedly, transaction history doesn’t appear and the promised consolidation into one app is logically not working. Support told us all data would carry over but so far, the “new” forced to use app feels like a step back. Since I can't start charging location without physical card. Please fix this!
