Ratings and reviews

Had the app for a while but have only just started to regularly use it. Easy to use and offers okay e.g food and occasional fuel. Only negativity is that despite me closing the app down and turning off notifications etc it keeps autostarting and asking me to play the Costa coffee game on my main screen each time I go to look at my phone. I guess it wants to take centre stage but it needs to work in the background. Not sure wether to delete or disable until I need to use the app.

didn't want to register. had to register, register didn't work due to technical issues - I suspect because I was using a Vpn. map didn't show my location. no idea what all the icons do in the app as bon ate labelled. zoomed in to find the pump I was stood at. selected even though it was not where I was stood. it offered me direction to get to the pump I was stood at. gave up with app. signage on machine absolutely terrible. had to call staff out twice to use! completely unintuitive!

I believe shell fuel is better than any other and I have experienced it. However when it comes to software ,like the app and it's features they are unreliable. I changed my phone so I had to redownload the app again in a new phone but the app just wouldn't let me log in ..even if I put the right email and password in.. saying "something went wrong". the points I have accumulated are worthless now .
