With the current status of the fuel crisis all over the world, your timing couldn't have been more impeccable. Instead of using my points to gas my car, I'm stuck at the login page of your app waiting for an OTP that never arrives. I've been trying to login for the past 3 days and no progress has been made. What a disappointment that one of the biggest oil companies in the world has one of the worst service apps in the play store. Fix your app please!

The payment method is very, very convenient. However, the transfer takes 3 to 5 days. When I use my debit card for gas, 200 is deducted each time, and the excess balance is only transferred back to me a few days later. For daily gas purchases, I need to reserve more than 2000 on my debit card for rolling over. In contrast, using PayWave transfers my money on the same day.

Impossible to log in. First of all, it's impossible to enter a birthdate to create an account. That was an issue with my Honor but it wasn't an issue with my Samsung. When I finally managed to create an account, the OTP was never received again. Help centre never replied to query. Extremely frustrating, and this app is the reason I stopped going to Shell altogether.
