Previously the app was very efficient. I could log in easily and use the auto-payment feature for refueling at the station. However, after the recent update, the app automatically logged me out and I can no longer log in. I have been waiting for the OTP but it never arrives. Please fix this issue as the app was very convenient before the update.

what era now...after deduction of the subsidy figure then i still need to use calculator to calculate the actual amount i paid. i have no ideal the developers of the apps thinking of what during design the apps. The detection of the apps also very slow compare to others petrol apps they can detect me 50m before im park in the petrol station.

The app is buggy and ever since it was introduced or should I say pushed to the masses, Shell gas prices skyrocketed to about 10 pesos per liter. Whoever thought that Shell could offer discounts by increasing the price to force people to use this despicable app should be FIRED. Ever since Shell prices went up, I started getting loyal to another brand. I was content with Shell in the past but with its pricing strat these days, and forcing customers to use the app is just a big red flag.
