Impossible to log in. First of all, it's impossible to enter a birthdate to create an account. That was an issue with my Honor but it wasn't an issue with my Samsung. When I finally managed to create an account, the OTP was never received again. Help centre never replied to query. Extremely frustrating, and this app is the reason I stopped going to Shell altogether.

The app randomly log out it self and it requires OTP to log in. But the problem is. The OTP LIMIT!! It has 1 OTP limit. I can't open my account because of the OTP Limit. As per the shell cashier i need to wait for several hours to clear the OTP LIMIT!! It's ok to have Limit but atleast make it 3.. You can't go wrong with these app.

Since the recent update of the Shell app, I find it has become more complicated and less user-friendly than before. The login process now feels repetitive, as I often need to sign in again even after I’ve already logged in.Linking BonusLink and payment details also requires extra steps each time, which interrupts the overall user experience. It doesn’t feel as smooth or seamless as the previous version. Another issue is that despite logging in, the app sometimes still shows me as a guest
