Horrible App!!! It won't let me sign up for a shift nearby. It says you need to work an assignment to get assignment. I know there are other facilities close by because another nurse saw the facility on her app. Im not interested in traveling 137 miles with the price of gas. Look for another app!! These people won't help you!! I've called 3 times!!!!! Trash!!!!!!!

to be honest. if it's not Clipboard Health, I don't want it. all these other nurse apps absolutely SUCK!!! ShiftMed has extremely slow processing time. Clipboard is the only app that gets things done with lightening speed and then actually has open shifts to work. the rest of the apps just do not compare. they are all honestly disappointing and just need to shut down for wasting people's time.

Terrible customer service!!! The bot tells me I have to call someone to finish onboarding... I have waited on hold for hours with no one answering. I can't do anything about facility requirements, only shiftmed can register me for certain things. Other staffing apps are great and you get someone on the phone very quickly. Still trying to give them a chance but they aren't worth it.
