HWLWorks Shift Planner is for non-government staff only. It is an intuitive and comprehensive shift scheduling solution that allows healthcare professionals to manage their availability and apply to open shifts that suit their schedule. This application is for professionals allied to HWL and needs an account with HWL that is provided by your agency or Facility.

Easily publish your availability to the healthcare facility from the app using the multi-day or recurring options.

VIEW AND APPLY TO SHIFTS
Our calendar view enables you to quickly spot all the open shifts. You can view key data such as the shift date, type and rates, the specialty/department, the job type.

GET INSTANT CONFIRMATION
You will get an immediate confirmation when the facility approves your interest for a shift.

SUBMIT TIMECARDS
Submit your timecard directly from the app with the start time and end time. In addition, you will have the ability to add notes and upload a document with the timecard
