Just started using the app. So far, so good. I like that you aren't blocked by having to sign up and be locked into a premium product but can actually create positive and realistic goals. The way it prompts isn't overwhelming or intrusive.

I enjoyed the parts that I could participate in, but for this to truly be a free app, I would hope the app itself would be able to suggest ways to help us manage our symptoms without spending a lot of money for the therapy that is offered.

I've never been so impressed with an app!! It truly feels like the creators had exactly the right things in mind for those with ADHD when creating it. Everything is so easy to follow and very eye catching, it keeps me so motivated to actually use the app. I feel very encouraged to do more for myself and my interests, thank you!
