The service is really bad, I spent 9 days asking them to add documents but each time some of the support team chat with me and each one of them ask for another thing, there is no communication between them, and after I Pay the fees they start to not reply fast and they are just to answer without understanding the issue like a standard answer. Sorry but a veryyyy baaad feedback

Excellent app, excellent service, managed to open account in a matter of hours and received credit card in two days!! After dealing with traditional banks for years this is a breath of fresh air...this is exactly what freelancers need! Got the reduced rate with sumup to top it off. What's not to like?

What I love about Shine is that my invoices are sent automatically and they offer to send reminders and fees for late payments. Very useful dealing with big companies who tend to force you to accept their terms of payment. Just because you have a small business shouldn't mean you have to accept unreasonable terms by bigger parties.
