The app is decent to book shipments. However, we cannot track a shipment in the app once we book a shipment. The message we are shown always: "Unable to fetch tracking data currently". Also, there's no way to provide feedback in the app. Customer service via phone is practically non-existent... despite waiting 15 minutes on the phone, couldn't talk with anyone.

Worst app and worst service have ever faced with this, I booked the dropof using app and dropped the article and it's been more than 48 hrs and no update, I tried calling customer care they also not able to provide any update about the status where it is. I have written emails and no response whether it is in transit or yet to send or no update nothing. It's horrible customer services and no tracking. Please don't use these services.

To app developer- there is a big glitch in the app. Even if 1Kg with minimum length,height, width is put in cms its always showing >100kg. How is it possible? Plus all DTDC employees have different opinion if a product can be delivered. After travelling 20 KM I was informed the product is not delivered. Needs adequate training to be on the same page. Atleast other carriers are in better form.
