wors experience. Tickets often get cancelled without further notice or refunds. Impossible to contact customer service. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

The app is buggy and incomplete. can't see my profile info. can't change them. paying through bKash was not possible becauae the page kept refreshing. I had to use the website from my pc to secure a seat. but although I confirmed a seat, and I completed my payment, I had to get out of the bus at midnight because it was not registered and at the counter I was told that I had no seat in the bus and there was no record of it in the computer. so, app and system both need fixing

Even though the app is not that bad but their customer support is one of the worsts. I've bought bus tickets from a rural place once where printing options are not much available but insisted me to print the ticket. They asked me to go to bus stand for finding out the printing shops. If I would able to go to the bus stand in the first place then why would I even bother to buy the tickets online with extra charge!!! This is my last time using this app. Worst service ever.
