Whoever the heck takes creative decisions for you are either idiot or lazy. The app is poorly designed. It logs you out after few minutes of logging in. When on a hurry, you cannot proceed to book a ticket of a bus that doesn’t have a boarding point and this happened to me a few times, which left me with no option other than going to the counter. Then what's the point of this app?

Very Poor Experience. Booked a ticket through Shohoz, but when I needed help, their customer care never answered my calls. I also tried contacting Royal Maitri Service, and they didn’t respond either. It’s frustrating to be ignored by both the platform and the bus operator. Extremely unreliable support—would not recommend.

Baaler app. The otp that is sent for the "forget password" option says invalid otp. I have tried to change the password every time it has the same issue. They just don't care to update the app or fix the bugs.
