The most bad customer service i have ever seen.how disgusting this apps customer service. i call their customer center & they wait me for 3minutes but no one pick the phone & my phone balance cost 3taka for 3minutes... then i again phone them & again i wait for 5munutes but no one respond & again my balance cost 5taka.Just think how disgusting this apps...

this is the worst ticket booking app, there is no customer service. No one answers your call, replies ur message, there is no way to cancel ticket.

booking of bus keep running into an error. I tried to book a bus and when I try to pay for it, the system shows an error. When I try to go back and try to book the seat again, the system says the seat has been booked by someone else. After trying several times, I booked it through Shohoz's web portal.
