booking of bus keep running into an error. I tried to book a bus and when I try to pay for it, the system shows an error. When I try to go back and try to book the seat again, the system says the seat has been booked by someone else. After trying several times, I booked it through Shohoz's web portal.

I have use this app first time for a critical issue found, like this I have purchase bus ticket for amount pay by Bikash, but I cannot see my ticket in 'my ticket' option but payment is done. is a critical issue

customer care experience is the worst. had to wait 10+ mins in waiting for them to pick up. The customer agent was rude and unproductive. Their refund policy is the worst
