Very Poor Experience. Booked a ticket through Shohoz, but when I needed help, their customer care never answered my calls. I also tried contacting Royal Maitri Service, and they didn’t respond either. It’s frustrating to be ignored by both the platform and the bus operator. Extremely unreliable support—would not recommend.

Baaler app. The otp that is sent for the "forget password" option says invalid otp. I have tried to change the password every time it has the same issue. They just don't care to update the app or fix the bugs.

this upgrade is very bad, my account is constantly being auto logged out every time. App interface lags, freezes a lot, I have to clear data every time. please fix this
