I've just started using Shoorah and it really is unlike any wellbeing app I've ever used. Already the daily affirmations are making a difference, the chance to journal and post goals etc is exactly what I need to get on track and the affirmations notifications throughout the day are exactly what I need as sometimes it's easy to forget to take time out of your day to do these practices. Definitely recommend to anyone looking at setting any goals, mental health practices, meditating etc!

I've just started using the Shoorah app, at first glance it doesn't look like much is available for free but after having a play around with lots of aspects of the app, I found i was able to get daily reminders for affirmations, listen to up to 3 meditations and podcasts of which there is a great range to choose from in both sections. I was able to start creating an action board using pictures and words, set my first goals and add a gratitude log too. It gives you a great insight of the app.

It's all about money. They don't care about your mental health. They don't even offer 2 or 3 meditations for free. I listened to 2 and then the subscription kept turning it off trying to force me to pay. There are way too many free apps on here to think most people will pay for a lady whose high pitched voice Continously talks through the whole thing.
