Bad aplication, sometimes it lags, cargo and goods don't match, there are lots of fictitious orders that haven't been fixed, please fix it, it's really bad, it's not getting better, it's getting worse

For shopee must suspend permanent for driver if use mod. don't forget give Immediately implement star ratings for customers and restaurants on the ShopeeFood Driver app, and terminate contracts with companies that suffocate drivers with extremely low delivery rates.And also the tips menu in the customer application was removed because every time a customer was charged for parking at the restaurant, they always said to pay via tips, but the customer never paid via tips, causing income to decrease

Now I'll complain about the notification for any in app notifications. Why you developed this app with only using the media sound output channel for all notification that come from the app? Android had 3 sounds channel for app being used media channel, notification channel and alarm channel. Why u just using just 1 channel that's what the media being used for volume vontrol? It's just awfully stressing me when hearing music and then me gets a booking but the sound volume of the media is louder!
