These days, I use Shopee a lot. It's convenient and it has a lot of options. However, I think Shopee (or their partner companies) can improve in terms of shipping. For instance, when I order to another shopping app, the delivery driver is constant — he already knows where to deliver since he's often the one who does it. I wish Shopee has a system where delivery drivers have a designated location to deliver their items so there wouldn't be excessive calls/messages (esp. if the items are paid).

I have been using this app for a while now and it's easy to use. However, the app is quite buggy sometimes. The cart takes so long to load and would often crash the app when scrolling down. Deleting items or selecting a new variation is very slow. There is also a lot of deceptive shops with fake reviews and sellers with random letters and numbers photo grabbing from other sellers. Which makes it a hassle trying to find legitimate products.

It is incredibly convenient and user-friendly. With its intuitive interface and seamless navigation, I can easily browse through a wide variety of products, compare prices, and make purchases with just a few taps. I love the extensive range of items available, and the frequent promotions and discounts make shopping even more enjoyable. Plus, the in-app chat feature allows me to communicate directly with sellers, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. Overall, Shopee has become my go-to.
