Ratings and reviews

The app works good for seeing my balance and seeing what transactions have taken place. The reason I gave this 3 stars is due to the fact I can't initiate a transfer from my bank to the balance on the app, I have to go through the website itself or through my bank.

***be aware*** when transitioning to Shopify balance, Shopify puts your payouts on hold for what they say is 1-2 business days. I am going on my 5th day without any of my payouts being released. Their approval process is slow and ambiguous and Their customer service is horrible. Edit: I'm posting this here because I'm trying to make people aware of this shortcoming. There is no warning that this happens when opening an account.

After a few weeks of use, the app stopped working completely. I cannot get past the login, it sends me an authentication code, I punch it in and cycles back to the beginning. Never giving me any other option.
