Scam! Nice clothes to look at online but not to order. windows shopping only! My order was $400, After a few days I noticed my order was unfulfilled. Decided i was going to upgrade my shipping to express. 10 days later nothing. I even saw that most my items weren't even in stock. If express is between 4 to 8 days and standard is 7 to 15. After 14 days why am I paying for express shipping. When I talk to the rep about a refund on my express. I was told I would have to wait longer. 16 days later!

I have made an account, did daily checking, they offer multiple discount codes that you can't use, they constantly take items out of your cart, they change prices, there has to be some type of glitch being yesterday I had items in my bag and today I don't, I screenshot my items looked them up and I see them available. customer email rep EVI is very rude and unhelpful. also, the reviews on the app/website seem forged, the pictures on reviews of recieved items look fake.

I was going to return an item, so I went through the process, but instead of returning them, it gave me the option to keep them & get a certain percentage refunded. Needless to say, they gave me a coupon, which I don't wont & I've emailed & they keep telling me to go through the refund again when it says it was approved. I've sent a screenshot & still no refund.
