I was going to return an item, so I went through the process, but instead of returning them, it gave me the option to keep them & get a certain percentage refunded. Needless to say, they gave me a coupon, which I don't wont & I've emailed & they keep telling me to go through the refund again when it says it was approved. I've sent a screenshot & still no refund.
