I am having to reach out every time I play to have my points calculated correctly. I'm currently on Level 1056 and it's been several days and you haven't issued the amount. Then everything is always paused. If you don't want people to be able to earn money while playing don't say it! This is ridiculous! Update 6-22-2026: I have reached out to the email you supplied on numerous occasions since I already had it because this keeps happening over and over, and NO ONE RESPONDS!7-9-2026 Still no reply

I used shoptagr all the time and loved it! I was notified when items on my list came back in stock or the price dropped. It was an awesome app for shoppers! Karma is NOT the same app with a different name. Price drop notifications and back in stock notifications usually (99% of the time) take me to a sold out page. So disappointing! I want the old shoptagr back.

I used to love this app and relied on it heavily! It was amazing! But now it fails to do basically everything that I relied on it to do. 1. It NEVER notifies me when items are back in stock. 2. It fails to notify me of so many sales. It only notifies me of the sales from the same like 5 retailers. 3. It doesnt show me all my items. 4. I'm constantly having to input the size/color info on items b/c it fails to save the info. B/c of all this I get so frustrated & rarely use the app anymore.
