Cannot login to app anymore. login button takes you to the option of inputting name and email and the. gives error saying you already have an account and should reset password. no option to login on website and this app is now useless. we are now returning after a 3 week vacation and the app is not fixed. they also share contact details across platforms because we can see our details using the Prime Time app which is supposed to be a competitor....

Easy experience - from reserving, riding, tipping. Driver was a great driver, friendly, good communicator, prompt, clean car, helpful with all our luggage and wheelchair. Will use this company again and again! I just read other reviews that were really bad but they are from a few years ago. More recent reviews are in line with my experience. Not sure what changed to be so much better but I'm glad it did. Hope they're able to keep up the current good work!
