Mostly great service. HOWEVER, last trip was #$!@. Driver did not call to advise she would be 40 minutes late and sounded annoyed when i asked her to assist me in making this right. Fortunately, customer service found a substitute driver 3 minutes later. I requested that this ride be comped and representative hug up on me. Go figure.

Didn't show up for a return trip pickup to the airport. The driver did not pick up or reply when I repeatedly called and emailed. The trip was then cancelled without explanation. I can't find contact info for the company or anywhere to rate or report the driver. My trip was prebooked at $40 but the rate that day was $176. I'm guessing I got ditched with zero accountability so they could take a higher priced ride. I got an Uber to avoid missing my flight. Do not trust this company.

On several occasions, the shuttle pickup (prime time shuttle being their shuttle service provider) wqs canceled an hour before the sechduled pick up. on the return pick up, i called twice within an hour to be told after an hour that they would not be picking me up, canceling the reservation. on another occasion, the deiver that dropped me off at the airoort almost got in a fifht with someone that was deopping somone off. in short, dont bother with this service and get an uber or lyft.
