Came across this app by accident, after trying it out for the first time and doing 3x30sec rounds of beginners stage i decided to keep it as I can really feel it! Think this app is going to be in my top 3 of a daily routine! It's a great app with timer and many different routines depending on your level of core strength, you can even alter the amount of rounds as well as alter the time your holding it for! It's fab and just what I was looking for! Thank you 😊
This app is for anyone from a beginner to the workout warrior or athlete. The highest point workout was very challenging for me and it even lets you go multiple rounds to get a more intense workout. My abs, lower back, upper back and triceps definitely got worked from this.
