About this app

The workout program is designed to strengthen and develop the muscles of the legs and buttocks.
The 300 Squat app includes the following functionality:
💪 15 training programs with different difficulty levels
💪 quick stats (your current average squat level, current program, status and medals)
💪 You will not miss a workout, the app has a reminder function
💪 warm up before workouts
💪 the ability to change the program in case of unsuccessful training

The workouts are divided into 15 programs ranging from 0 to 300 squats. Choose the required program depending on the level of your training.

Recommended for use in conjunction with the programs of the cycle "Be Stronger". By combining all cycle programs (100 Push-ups, 300 Abs, 50 Pull-Ups) you will get a healthy and athletic body!

Do not be lazy, go in for sports and be healthy!

I love this app. No complains at all. You can adjust this into whatever level you want🙆🏾‍♀️❤. It is user friendly and advanced at the same time. It is just perfect.

Using this for my SU2C challenge. But I think I may continue to use it. Day 1 I did warm squats and did 100 squats using this app. day 2 I did 123 squats 👍. I like the warm up and warm down too.
