Sibi Field is the inventory app for field service technicians who carry their stock with them, and for the managers who need to know it adds up.

Know your stock is accounted for
Every location gets a compliance score out of 100. Manual bin adjustments, parts issued from stock, and receipt scans each feed it, so a location drifting out of line shows up as a number rather than a surprise at audit.

Scan a receipt, skip the data entry
Photograph a receipt and the parts you bought off-catalog are read off it and added to your inventory. No typing SKUs, and nothing bought on the fly goes unrecorded.

Issue parts to a property
Search the catalog or scan a barcode, confirm the quantity, and record what was installed without leaving the job site.

Receive incoming orders
Check in deliveries as they arrive, confirm quantities against what was ordered, and write off anything that never turned up.

Know what is on the truck
See bin quantities and product locations at a glance, run cycle counts, and transfer stock between locations when a job needs it.

Restock before you run out
Restock orders are proposed from the minimum levels set for each bin, so replenishment is suggested for you rather than remembered. Review it, adjust it, approve it.
