We ordered 2 vans, and we had a great service in Athens, Greece, on time, clean, neat vans, and supper drivers. Whereas, in Barcelona, we ordered a 16 person van. Only a small van showed up and it was a taxi, the service was very bad, delayed over an hour, and they promised a second van, that never showed up and we had to take more than one taxi.

This is an absolutely AMAZING company. We used their service to get to our hotel before our cruise, and on our return to take us to our hotel before our flight. We got off the ship early, and the company seemlessly pivoted, an had a driver pick us up well before the time we had scheduled. The drivers were very professional, and safe. The company was extremely good at communicating the status of our limo.I highly recommend this company, and cannot give them enough praise for their great service!

I specifically asked for porter service and help with luggage. it is what I paid a much higher price than uber for. driver said company does not have such arrangements at airport to park and meet clients despite that is clearly what it says in their website. this is a huge ripoff, don't use them!
