Terrible experience at London Heathrow after 8h flight. Clearly requested and paid for a car with capacity for three passengers and three bags. They sent a small car that could only take two bags, forcing us to use the train.When I complained they said it was my fault: no refund. I didn't argue with them, but protested the charge via my credit card provider. When the case is resolved I will delete the app and never use this company again.

Booked a ride from the airport after a late flight, and the driver was already waiting near the meeting point. The car was clean, though finding the exact pickup spot took a few minutes.

very bad experience first time is good but the second one very very very bad i dont recommend them they told me we will drop you in the street and give your mony if you want??? they acually drop me at arrival instead of departure with 5 bags and 2 chikdren and pregnant women the worst experience i ever had
