I had to make a last minute booking for the same day due to airline rescheduling, and transfeero were the only ones to be able to do it; more than this, when the airline then changed the flight completely and I had to cancel a couple of hours later they generously refunded some of the cost, when not required to do so - and correspondence was all very prompt and friendly. will definitely use again

Md Azeem came to pick me and was astonished at his mannerisms and the Car was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Azeem drove me from AUH to DXB safely. He checked if I am ok with high speeds. Avoid. The first thing to understand is that this is basically a broker that matches you with local cab firms - and takes a cut. Where you can book direct with the firm or just take a taxi at the airport, it's much cheaper. Also the customer service is shockingly poor. I raised a complaint about a half hour late pickup at JFK and was told I'd get a response in 72 hours. Ten days later I had to chase it myself where I was fobbed off with a 10 percent off voucher, which I won't be using.
