Symptom Diary is a private, offline diary for noticing patterns in how you feel. A 30-second check-in each day, your own symptom and factor names, and an Insights screen that counts what tends to show up together.
A 30-SECOND DAILY CHECK-IN
• Rate your wellbeing from 1 to 10, add optional hours of sleep and a note
• Log symptoms with a severity from 1 to 10, using names you choose yourself
• Log factors the same way: food, stress, weather, exercise, anything you want to watch
SEE WHAT SHOWS UP TOGETHER
• After seven days of check-ins, Insights counts how often each symptom and each factor appeared on the same day over the last 30 days
• Plain counts, nothing invented: the app never guesses causes or offers a diagnosis
• An optional evening reminder prompts your check-in and respects your quiet hours
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
• No account, no cloud, no sign-in: everything is stored in a local database
• Export a JSON backup to your Documents folder and import it on a new phone
• Works fully offline
ADS
The free app shows a small banner on the home screen and an occasional full-screen advert, plus a catalogue of our other local-first apps. These requests carry no personal data and nothing about your diary.
Symptom Diary is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or replace a conversation with a doctor. It is a notebook for you, and for the questions you bring to your next appointment.
Log check-ins, symptoms, and factors. Not medical advice.
