the app UX is terrible and ordering is a hit and miss. please get the language and flow reviewed and make it simple to use. ex I wanted to order one protein curd for tomorrow 19 Feb and I get an error message that holiday exists on 19th and to change the date. but if I select a subscribe option 19th delivery is selected!! pause and resume or beyond human understanding. your products are good, so why such a poor quality app??

Being a dairy company never sells fresh products. Especially curd they always delivers old stock which is about expire in couple of days. Charging for premium product and delivering about to expire stock is what seems to be their business motto. And after sales support is useless I have complained 20+times but no use they have never put an effort to resolved it

Milk shows delivered and amount is deducted from wallet but there was no delivery. over priced and other quick commerce app has less price. support is useless after purchasing the subscription. issues while loading money to wallet no promo rewards received
